A comprehensive intake that includes review of concerns, mental health history, lab panels (if ordered), lifestyle discussion, and initial treatment planning.

This is two 60minute appointments designed to be a family-inclusive evaluation for youth that allows time for all voices to be heard. Includes a review of the initial intake paperwork, discussion of high priority concerns, establishing preferred treatment goals, and a developmentally tailored treatment approach.

The format of the interview and time allow the child, parents, or guardians to be present and add additional input in real time. To keep the interview focused, a maximum of 3 attendees may attend, including the child.

During this appointment, there is an option to speak with the parents and child separately. Any previously performed psychological evaluations can be sent in before the appointment for clinician review. However, this is not mandatory.

50-Minute Long Follow-Up – $275
Medication management plus deeper therapy, skill-building, and functional testing review. Ideal for ongoing care and treatment plan adjustments.

25-Minute Short Follow-Up – $195
Medication management, light therapy or strategy discussion, brief check-in to review and maintain care plan.
